However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Our hassle-free return and exchange policy is designed to make things right.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Craft Items (due to their personalized nature and potential for contamination)
- Any product that has been assembled, used, or removed from its original packaging
- Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Our Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your item(s).
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all parts and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our Louisville facility at the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Return Address:

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days after we process your return.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed through your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchange Process
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item using the same shipping method as your original order
- If the exchange item costs more than the returned item, we will contact you for payment of the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Christmas decoration, ornament, or other product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the damaged item.
